Wiring a phone to ring

When the older phones used to ring houses had master sockets we plugged our phones into. Most phone sockets are now only two wires, ringing required 3 wires.

The home master socket contained a capacitor required to allow the phone to ring. this is no longer the case, to overcome this I can install a capacitor in your phone for you or I can sell you the capacitor with a short wire attached and you can fit it following the instructions on this slider.

The cost would be $20.00 + GST North Island

$25.00 + GST South island
